Job summary

SonicWall is seeking a highly motivated Solution Engineer in Ohio to design, position, and demonstrate cybersecurity solutions for customers and partners. This field-based role requires strong technical acumen and the ability to engage executives and technical audiences.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to tailor security solutions, deliver live demos, and ensure successful deployments across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience.
• CISSP certification required or in progress.
• Experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Support, or Solution Engineering roles within cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales teams to drive technical engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Support channel partners with solution positioning, deployment, and technical support.
• Deliver product demonstrations, proofs of concepts, and technical presentations.
• Provide technical consultation aligned with customer objectives.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
