Reliance Matrix in the United States is seeking a Senior Customer Care Representative to manage communications, documentation, and inquiries for claims processing. You will support claims examiners by delivering proactive service, accurate data entry, and timely responses to claimant questions.

The role emphasizes empathy, HIPAA compliance, and the ability to handle high-volume calls in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with flexible, hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• 2-3 years of call center or customer service experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with diverse workforce.
• High-speed home internet for remote/teleworker

Responsibilities

• Provide claimant details for short-term disability and leave claims.
• Handle inbound calls from clients and claimants; resolve inquiries.
• Perform outbound communications to clients and claimants; ensure timely follow-up.
• Accurately document information in the system for up-to-date records.
• Answer routine claims questions and provide intake/process information.
• Resolve routine administrative technical issues for source systems.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA rules.
• Support integrated claims and 1st call resolutions.
