Reliance Matrix is seeking a Customer Care Representative to handle inbound calls from customers and business partners, assisting with claim status, policy details, and service inquiries. You will build rapport and address all levels of customer questions with professionalism.

The role requires 1–3 years of call center experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work 8:00 am–7:00 pm EST, Monday–Friday. A fast-paced environment awaits with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of call center or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to work any shift during 8:00 am–7:00 pm EST, Monday–Friday.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills for timely, professional customer support.
• Financial services or insurance industry experience preferred.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with solid time management.
• Ability to build rapport, show empathy, and provide high-quality service.
• Able to multi-task and collaborate in a team setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
