Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years as a Controller.
• Experience in midsize to large organizations; exposure to private equity preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee accounting operations, including preparation and review of financial statements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of accountability.
• Collaborate with client CFOs and finance teams to implement process improvements.

Skills

Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP

Excellent analytical skills

Strong written and verbal communication

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Proven track record of driving process improvements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

CPA designation

Graduate degree preferred
