Allstate in the United States is seeking a Coordinated Property Adjuster to handle escalated contents damage claims with a focus on coverage investigation and fair settlements. You will work with onsite vendors via video, negotiate with customers, and support claims from a home office or in the field.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, 3+ years in property claims (preferred), and experience with Xactimate.

Competenze

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Residency within the posted location is mandatory.
• 3+ years of previous experience handling property insurance claims preferred.

Mansioni

• Handle escalated claims files involving complex contents damage.
• Conduct a thorough coverage investigation of the loss and ensure the policy was applied correctly.
• Use video technology to collaborate with onsite vendors to identify damages and write a contents damage estimate.
• Communicate empathetically with customers and help them through their claim process in a fast, fair, and easy manner.
• Negotiate claim settlements with customers in accordance with business unit standard methodologies.
• Coordinate with structure and ALE adjusters to ensure holistic handling of the claim file.
• Use data and analytics to tell a story and influence decision making.
