Job summary

Allstate seeks a Coordinated Property Adjuster to manage escalated claims involving complex contents damage. You will investigate coverage and work with onsite vendors to prepare accurate estimates while guiding customers through a fast, fair claims process.

You will negotiate settlements, coordinate with structure and ALE adjusters, and utilize data analytics to inform decisions. Training and mentoring support are provided as you advance your career.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years handling property claims preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel required.
• Residency in posted location required (Metro Atlanta, GA).

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated claims involving complex contents damage and investigate coverage.
• Collaborate with onsite vendors using video technology to write damage estimates.
• Negotiate settlements in line with standard methodologies and policies.
• Communicate with customers empathetically through calls, email, and video chat.
• Coordinate with other adjusters for holistic claim handling and documentation.
