Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Coordinated Property Adjuster to provide exceptional service to policyholders with escalated claims involving complex contents damage. You will conduct coverage investigations, coordinate with vendors, and write accurate contents damage estimates using advanced tools.

You will negotiate settlements, work with various adjusters for holistic claim handling, and use data to influence decisions. Training is provided, with ongoing coaching to support career growth.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Residency within posted location (OH preferred).
• 3+ years of property insurance claims experience; Xactimate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated claims involving complex contents damage.
• Conduct thorough coverage investigations of the loss and ensure proper policy application.
• Use video technology to collaborate with onsite vendors to identify damages and write a contents damage estimate.
• Communicate empathetically with customers and guide them through the claim process.
• Negotiate claim settlements with customers following standard methodologies.
• Coordinate with structure and ALE adjusters for holistic claim handling.
• Use data and analytics to support decisions in claims processes.
• Undergo virtual training and receive ongoing coaching to develop in the role.
