Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Residency within the posted location is mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience handling property insurance claims.
• Experience using Xactimate for complex contents estimating.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated claims involving complex contents damage.
• Conduct coverage investigations to ensure policy was applied correctly.
• Collaborate with on-site vendors using video to identify damages and write estimates.
• Communicate empathetically with customers through their claim process.
• Negotiate settlements in line with standard methodologies.
• Coordinate with structure and ALE adjusters for holistic claims handling.
• Use data and analytics to tell a story and influence decisions.
• Receive training and ongoing coaching to develop in the role.
