Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Civil Project Engineer to join a fully remote team. You will manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes, while coordinating with design teams, contractors, and clients.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of civil engineering project management experience, PE/Pr. Eng. or Pr. Tech. Eng. designation preferred, and strong remote collaboration skills for virtual environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng.) or Pr. Tech. Eng. designation preferred.
• 10+ years of civil engineering project management and execution.
• Proven track record managing multiple complex projects.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Strong leadership and remote team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring milestones are met.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and control costs effectively.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and clients to facilitate project progress and resolve issues.
• Conduct regular remote project progress reviews and provide detailed status reports.
• Ensure all project activities comply with relevant engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
