Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing electrical engineering projects.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale electrical infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and completion of diverse electrical engineering projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure projects meet industry standards, safety regs, and client specs.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and vendors for seamless execution.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
• Identify and mitigate risks to maintain project momentum.
