Job summary

Consertus seeks a Project Manager, Civil Engineering, a senior technical and leadership role responsible for managing clients, directing civil engineering design, and overseeing delivery from concept through permitting and construction support.

A licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) with substantial hands‑on design experience is required; the role reports to the Vice President, Engineering and emphasizes infrastructure, site development, and coordination with internal teams and agencies.

Qualifications

• 8+ yrs. of progressive site design experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D; multi-jurisdictional project experience (municipal, county, state).
• BS in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, or Environmental Engineering from ABET-accredited four-year college.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) required.
• Preferred: Experience working with state DOT or transportation agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Civil Engineering design and oversee project delivery from concept through permitting and construction support.
• Coordinate project activities among internal teams, subconsultants, vendors, and agencies; manage budgets, schedules, and quality.
