Placements24 is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with strong project management and planning skills for a fully remote role. You will oversee civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and top-quality results from your home office.

The role requires a minimum of 7 years of civil engineering project management experience, proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6, and strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering project management and planning.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and oversee all phases of civil engineering projects, from design through to construction and close-out.
• Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status reports.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies throughout the project lifecycle.
