Job summary

Pearl Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Organizational Change & Transformation Manager to lead OCM and transformation initiatives across complex enterprise client environments. The role demands hands-on change leadership, stakeholder engagement, and adoption coaching to ensure new processes, operating models, and technology are adopted and sustained.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, business transformation, or a closely related field.
Demonstrated experience leading OCM workstreams for large-scale enterprise transformations.
Strong knowledge of change methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or similar frameworks.
Hands-on experience developing and executing change strategies, impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, readiness assessments, communications, training strategies, resistance management plans, adoption strategies, and change metrics.
Demonstrated experience overcoming stakeholder resistance and building advocacy for transformation initiatives.
High EQ, professional maturity, and ability to navigate enterprise politics and executive relationships.
Ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution; understands People, Process, Technology, and Communications in transformation.
Experience partnering with technical teams and project leadership in enterprise tech transformations.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end OCM activities for complex enterprise transformations.
Develop change management strategies aligned with project objectives and outcomes.
Conduct change impact, stakeholder, readiness, and adoption assessments.
Identify risks and mitigation strategies; engage stakeholders across levels.
Create stakeholder engagement and communications plans; enablement with training teams.
Establish adoption metrics and feedback loops to measure success.
Facilitate workshops and leadership discussions on change readiness.
Partner with PCG clients to ensure adoption and sustained change.
