Job summary

Apex IT is seeking an experienced Oracle Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead Consultant to drive the people side of Oracle Cloud transformations. You will partner with executives, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure adoption through change strategies, communications, training, readiness, and business transformation.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of OCM leadership, governance development, and strong collaboration with Oracle functional and technical consultants.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading Organizational Change Management initiatives.
• Experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, CX implementations.
• Strong executive facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive Organizational Change Management strategies for Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Identify stakeholder groups and secure executive sponsorship and alignment.
• Create communications plans and training strategies to drive user adoption.
