Job summary

Pearl Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Organizational Change & Transformation Manager to lead change management and transformation initiatives across complex client environments. The role goes beyond comms and training, focusing on readiness, stakeholder dynamics, and adoption across people, processes, and technology.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Organizational Change Management or related transformation work.
• Experience leading OCM for large-scale enterprise programs.
• Knowledge of Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter or equivalent frameworks.
• Hands-on in change strategies, readiness, comms, training, and metrics.
• Proven ability to influence skeptical stakeholders and build advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OCM activities for complex enterprise transformations.
• Develop change strategies, plans, readiness, and adoption metrics.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, and risk mitigation.
• Create stakeholder engagement plans across executives to end users.
• Partner with training teams for role-based learning and knowledge transfer.
• Establish adoption KPIs and feedback loops to measure change success.
• Facilitate workshops and executive discussions on change readiness.
