Cardinal Health seeks a Sr. Coordinator, Case Manager to act as the first point of contact for patient inquiries, enroll patients, verify documentation, and assist with benefit investigations. The role supports remote, full-time work with a focus on payer policies and prior authorization processes.

The candidate should have 1–2 years in pharmacy/medical billing and strong problem-solving abilities, with knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and commercial payer guidelines. Bilingual skills are a plus.

• Previous customer service experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and payer policies is preferred.
• 1–2 years pharmacy/medical billing experience.
• 1–2 years Prior Authorization and Appeals submissions.
• Strong problem solving abilities.

• Create and complete enrollment applications with urgency.
• Audit forms and update database with missing information.
• Outbound calls to gather missing information and benefits.
• Explain payer options and assist with coverage choices.
