• Ability to influence different stakeholders, including veterinarians, producers, nutritionists, and distribution partners.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to effectively manage a large geographic territory.
• Ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and business analytics to identify opportunities and inform territory decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive territory business plans that drive sales growth, market penetration, product adoption, and market share expansion across the assigned geography.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with veterinarians, producers, distribution partners, nutritionists, and industry influencers to strengthen our company's Animal Health's presence throughout the territory.
• Identify territory opportunities, market dynamics, and competitive threats, and develop strategies to capitalize on growth opportunities while addressing business challenges.
• Drive demand generation and product utilization through regular customer engagement, educational programs, field events, and collaboration with key industry stakeholders.
• Partner with distribution teams, National Account Managers, Corporate Account Teams, and other internal stakeholders to align business objectives and maximize territory performance.
