Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in release management, deployment coordination, or similar roles in software implementation or technology consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• ITIL certification or equivalent expertise.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the release calendar across concurrent projects.
• Define and enforce release management processes, including readiness criteria and rollback plans.
• Supervise deployment activities across environments and maintain release documentation.
• Identify, track, and mitigate release risks and communicate issues promptly.
• Monitor post-release activities and deliver feedback for process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
