Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in release management, deployment coordination, or similar roles within software implementation or technology consulting environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• ITIL certification or equivalent expertise.
• Background check required; additional checks may be needed by projects or clients.

Responsibilities

• Release Planning and Coordination: create and manage the release calendar across projects.
• Coordinate release scope, sequencing and dependencies with development, QA, and UAT teams.
• Lead release planning and go/no-go meetings to surface risks and open items.
• Define and enforce release management processes, gates, and rollback plans.
• Refine release practices and templates for consistency and scalability.
• Oversee deployment across environments with technical teams.
• Maintain release notes, change logs, and post-release reports.
• Identify and mitigate release risks and communicate issues timely.
• Monitor post-release activities and drive stability.
• Deliver feedback for ongoing improvement to the release lifecycle.
