Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage application/software releases across multiple environments and teams.
• Drive the end-to-end release lifecycle: from planning, build, deployment, testing, and delivery.
• Collaborate with Agile, QA, DevOps, Development, and Business teams to ensure release readiness.
• Establish and maintain release calendars, dashboards, and heat matrices to track release activities and risks.
• Govern the release process using tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence, or equivalent.
• Ensure compliance with change management policies and maintain documentation for audits.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate release risks, dependencies, and conflicts.
