Job summary

You will apply proven reliability practices, build capability, and scale the program to other facilities over time, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput targets are met while coordinating with site leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading reliability programs for manufacturing assets.
• Ability to use data (downtime, OEE, work orders) to identify gaps and prioritize actions.
• Capability to lead cross-functional teams on loss-elimination projects.
• Proficiency with problem-solving tools (5-Why, fishbone, A3, DMAIC).
• Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the initial bottling-site reliability program for assigned assets and establish repeatable practices for future facilities.
• Use downtime, OEE, and maintenance data to quantify performance gaps and drive improvements.
• Lead cross-functional loss-elimination projects from definition through sustainment and verified benefits.
• Participate in daily/weekly routines connecting reliability priorities with production plans.
• Develop and maintain a reliability action plan with priorities, owners, timing, risks, and expected benefits.
