Heaven Hill in Bardstown, KY is seeking an Energy Improvement Engineer to drive energy conservation across its distilling and bottling operations. This hands-on role identifies opportunities, builds implementation plans, and delivers measurable savings.

You will partner with maintenance, operations, environment and sustainability teams to prioritize projects, manage audits, and report progress toward the company’s 2030 carbon-reduction goals.

Responsabilités

• Execute the enterprise Energy Conservation Strategy across multiple sites.
• Identify, evaluate, and deliver energy-efficiency, process-improvement, and heat-recovery opportunities.
• Partner with maintenance, reliability, operations, Environment & Sustainability, and Finance to implement projects.
• Plan and support energy audits and site assessments; coordinate data collection and tracking.
• Develop charters, scopes, capital requests, savings estimates, and payback analyses; manage execution through commissioning.
• Establish energy performance measures and recurring reporting for spend, consumption, and emissions.
