Job summary

Heaven Hill Brands in Kentucky seeks a Principal Project Manager – Engineering to lead capital projects across distilling and bottling operations, including front-end development, scope definition, cost/schedule, and EEM. You will coach site teams and collaborate with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Safety, Finance, Procurement, IT/OT to deliver high-quality, profitable investments.

This role emphasizes risk management, constructability, lifecycle-cost considerations, and driving standardized

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
15+ years’ experience in engineering project management in industrial/manufacturing settings.
Owner-side capital project leadership from front-end to turnover.
Proficient with CAD/industrial control software and project-management tools.

Responsibilities

Lead successful capital projects with broad stakeholder alignment and governance.
Manage front-end development, scope, estimates, schedules, risks, and ROI.
Coordinate across sites to deliver on time, on budget, safely.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Coach project teams and standardize project delivery processes.
Guide design reviews, procurement, cost control, and contract administration.
