Heaven Hill Brands is seeking an ASRS Operations & Systems Analyst based at our Bardstown, KY Bottling facility. The role focuses on inventory control, ASRS integrity, and coordinating between IFS, Savannah, and Westfalia to ensure accurate transaction flows.

The analyst will monitor inventory, investigate exceptions, lead root-cause analyses, and partner with Operations, IT, Maintenance, and Engineering to resolve issues impacting product availability and shipping accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control and ASRS systems.
• Strong data analysis and root-cause analysis abilities.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Operations, IT, Maintenance and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day inventory control support for Finished Case Goods at Bardstown Operations, emphasizing ASRS inventory accuracy and transaction integrity.
• Monitor data flow between IFS, Savannah, and Westfalia ASRS systems; identify interface failures and mismatches affecting accuracy.
• Troubleshoot system faults that interrupt the physical flow of goods in ASRS.
• Audit inbound, storage, movement and shipping transactions to ensure alignment of physical and system inventory.
• Coordinate and drive corrective actions for inventory transaction errors across software/hardware interfaces.
