Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market seeks a Demand Planning Analyst to forecast SKU-level inventory and promotions, partnering with Merchandising, Distributors, and Supply Chain to optimize stock and ensure store sales demand is met. The role is based in Phoenix with a hybrid schedule (in-office Tue–Thu).

The candidate will generate POs, monitor inventory and forecast accuracy, and drive improvements in demand planning and allocation to support margins and in-stock goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years replenishment experience or equivalent.
• Experience with Excel; Tableau/PowerBI; Relex/Manhattan/Blue Yonder systems.
• Ability to manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration across Merchandising, Distributors, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop sku-level forecasts at weekly/store/DC level to inform inventory.
• Collaborate with Merchants, Distributors, Supply Chain and Manufacturers.
• Provide weekly inventory, OSA, promotions and forecast accuracy reports.
• Manage end-to-end demand planning and allocation optimization.
• Analyze trends and seasonality to build data-driven demand plans.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to align end-to-end plans.
• Drive continuous improvement in the Demand Planning process.
• Maintain reporting for stakeholders at all levels.
