Job summary

PetSafe Brands is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to own the forecasting and demand planning for one or more product categories in Electronics or Hard Goods. You will be the go-to contact for supply chain from demand recognition to product arrival in the warehouse for shipping to customers.

You will regularly interact with global teammates to align on promotions, new product load-ins, gaps in supply, and inventory concerns, while partnering with Sales, FP&A and Category teams on forecasts and

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible business-related experience, preferably in consumer goods.
• Prior supply/demand planning experience and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute the monthly demand forecasting process.
• Develop and maintain Demantra baseline forecast and sales ship plans using retailer POS data and Tableau dashboards.
• Ensure forecast accuracy and bias management; optimize inventory and SKU strategies.
• Collaborate on Sales & Operations Planning with Director Supply Chain Planning.
• Support dashboard development and analytics; drive improvement projects in Demand and Supply.
