Job summary

Petmate, a leader in pet supply products, is hiring a full-time Demand Planner in Arlington, TX. The role focuses on creating reliable demand forecasts by analyzing trends and incorporating input from various teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience, especially in CPG or retail. The position operates in a hybrid model with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote. Successful candidates will possess strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, sales operations, or forecasting within CPG or retail.
• Working knowledge of forecast concepts (seasonality, trend, promo lift) and multi‑channel demand drivers.
• Experience with POS/syndicated data and/or distributor depletion data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain baseline forecasts and incorporate demand inputs for the assigned scope.
• Review and act on forecast exceptions using system alerts and standard dashboards.
• Analyze forecast error drivers and recommend corrective actions.
