Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a senior Release Operations leader to drive end-to-end release readiness from product design through GTM readiness. You will own complex, cross-functional programs spanning product management, engineering, sales, marketing, and support, ensuring a smooth commercial and technical launch.

Lead governance, metrics, and agentic workflows to elevate execution; manage executive communications and risk intake with data-backed decisions.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
10+ years of relevant program management experience.
Experience governing multi-product software and hardware portfolios across cadences.
Track record driving GTM readiness (sales enablement, pricing/SKU operations).
Experience leading partnership/OEM program integration from agreement through launch.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end release readiness: product built and tested, pricing and legal cleared, SKUs transactable, sales and partners trained, market awareness live, revenue recognition in place, Day-2 support ready before GA.
Define success criteria, metrics, and guardrails before work begins and hold the program to them as scope evolves.
Build program structure, milestone frameworks, and operating models for NPI tracks and governance redesigns.
Own program health KPIs, release SLOs, and OKRs with automated dashboards for real-time visibility.
