Job summary

Cohesity, Inc. is seeking a senior Release Operations leader who will own end-to-end release readiness across Product, Engineering, and GTM.

You will drive cross-functional programs, define metrics, and govern AI-augmented operations to ensure successful releases with customer readiness and revenue recognition in place. The role requires coordinating product strategy, engineering execution, and go-to-market readiness, while building scalable governance and reporting that informs leadership

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field.
System design fluency and authority to govern AI-augmented operations.
Experience managing complex, multi-product software/hardware portfolios with go/no-go decisions.
Proven automated dashboards/scorecards in Jira, Tableau, or similar.
GTM readiness: sales enablement, pricing/SKU operations, marketing, support.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end release readiness across product, engineering, GTM, and customer readiness.
Be the single accountable owner of portfolio outcomes from kickoff to post-launch care.
Define success criteria, metrics, and guardrails before work begins and enforce them.
Build programs and governance for NPIs, partnerships, and OEM programs with clear ownership.
