Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a Senior Release Operations / Program Manager to own end‑to‑end release execution across product, engineering, GTM and customer readiness. You will drive governance, metrics and accountability to ensure on‑time, quality releases and seamless go‑to‑market launches.

You will partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing and Legal to align strategy, execution and post‑launch care, creating scalable playbooks and dashboards that keep leadership informed of risk and progress.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or a related field, with extensive programme management experience.
• Experience governing multi‑product software/hardware portfolios and making go/no‑go decisions.
• Proven track record delivering GTM readiness (sales enablement, pricing/SKU operations, legal/compliance, marketing, support).
• Experience leading partnerships or OEM programs from agreement through launch.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end release readiness: product built/tested, pricing/legal cleared, SKUs transactable, sales/training ready, market awareness live, revenue recognition in place before GA.
• Define success criteria, metrics and guardrails before work begins and hold the programme to them as scope evolves.
• Build program structure and governance for new tracks and partnerships, turning visions into executable plans.
• Develop and govern release health KPIs, dashboards and scorecards for leadership visibility.
