Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a senior Release Operations leader to own cross-functional programs from inception to GA. You will align product strategy, engineering execution, and GTM readiness, driving governance, metrics, and agentic workflows to ensure successful releases across the organization.

You will partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to define success criteria, manage risk, and present decision-ready updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end release readiness, from architecture and QA through pricing, SKUs, and customer readiness.
• Define and drive organizational effectiveness at scale with metrics, governance, and operating models.
• Set quality bars for product requirements with product management; ensure clean handoffs to engineering.
