Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Lead Software Integration Engineer (Release Management) to enable reliable, secure, and scalable integrations across HR platforms such as Workday, coordinating complex enterprise releases and governance across teams.

You will drive end-to-end release planning, dependency management, and architecture alignment, while partnering with Product Owners, engineering, and governance forums to deliver stable production software.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in software engineering, release management, or technical program delivery.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and enterprise production release processes.
• Experience with release governance, change management, and CAB approvals.

Responsibilities

• Own release planning, coordination, and execution across multiple teams and enterprise HR platforms.
• Coordinate change management activities, including preparation for CAB reviews and approvals.
• Support Agile execution and readiness reviews across platforms.
• Manage cross-platform dependencies and ensure production stability during releases.
• Provide visibility into release status, risks, and dependencies for stakeholders.
