The ideal candidate will own end-to-end architecture, mentor engineers, and partner with Product, UX, Data & Analytics, DevOps to deliver scalable, secure solutions while shaping engineering standards and practices across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience building enterprise-scale full-stack applications.
• Experience with Java/Spring Boot and Python/Django.
• Frontend skills with Angular, React, Next.js, TypeScript.
• Strong system design and API architecture.
• Security, observability, and production-readiness practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in design, development and delivery of scalable full-stack apps.
• Own architecture and drive modern engineering practices.
• Lead development of complex solutions across front-end and back-end.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Data & Analytics, DevOps to translate objectives into solutions.
• Establish engineering standards, code quality, testing and security practices.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of engineering excellence.
• Drive modernization and efficiency initiatives across platforms.
