Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Willing to travel and work overtime.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Hands-on experience installing, maintaining, testing & repairing protective relays in substations.
• Knowledge of relay test software.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead job site safety briefings and mitigate hazards.
• Enforce safety policies and promote a strong safety culture across field activities.
• Analyze protection schemes and perform testing of relay panels and control circuits.
• Execute end-to-end testing of substation control circuits on relay panels and equipment.
• Read and validate protection schematics, logic diagrams, and configurations.
• Develop project execution plans, commissioning procedures, and energization sequences.
• Interface with customers, utilities, and stakeholders to communicate status and resolve issues.
