Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a Senior Systems Administrator to join a team delivering technical support for a large Federal agency. You will manage Relativity databases, develop workflows, and lead a small technical team.

Collaboration with COR, case managers, and attorneys is essential to define requirements and implement a complete system solution. The ideal candidate has substantial Relativity experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust

Qualifications

• Five years of hands-on experience with the systems being used, preferably in litigation support.
• Ability to obtain a favorable Public Trust Clearance.
• Broad knowledge of the Government IT environment and office automation networks.

Responsibilities

• Manage archiving of Relativity databases and document workflow for destruction policy.
• Consult with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys on system requirements.
• Lead a technical team, design whole system solutions, and supervise tasks and schedules.
• Prepare system/technical documentation and deliver progress reports.
