CGS Federal is seeking a Senior Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator in the Baltimore/Rockville area. The role covers on-prem and AWS cloud infrastructure, with hybrid work options and remote access.

You will implement Relativity-based ALS solutions, maintain system health, and document architectures and procedures. Strong collaboration with IT leadership is essential. Qualified candidates bring 5+ years in litigation support environments, UNIX/Windows expertise, and excellent communication.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in computer science/IT disciplines.
• At least 5 years hands-on experience with UNIX, Windows, and storage solutions, esp. in litigation support apps.
• Experience designing, procuring equipment/software, installing and integrating systems.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement ALS software solutions using Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, etc.
• Maintain ALS infrastructure (storage, compute, network) on‑prem and AWS.
• Manage external access and IAM for external stakeholders.
• Perform backups, restores, updates, performance tuning, and monitoring.
