CGS Federal in Miami, FL seeks a Senior Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator to support and optimize ALS infrastructure across on‑prem and AWS environments.

You will design, implement, and maintain Relativity and related litigation‑support tools, work with cross‑functional teams, and ensure security and availability. The role requires 5+ years in litigation support, experience with Relativity, SQL Server 2012+, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/MIS or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with UNIX, Windows, storage and networks in litigation support.
• Experience designing, procuring equipment and software, and deploying ALS environments.
• Experience with large, complex systems and databases; knowledge of SQL Server 2012+.
• Ability to obtain a favorable Public Trust Clearance.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement ALS software solutions using Relativity and other COTS tools.
• Maintain ALS infrastructure (storage, compute, and network) on-premise and AWS.
• Manage external access and IAM for external stakeholders.
• Perform system maintenance including backups, updates, monitoring, and tuning.
• Create and update system diagrams and end-user/documentation (semi-annually).
• Provide weekly health and project status reports.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to support ALS applications and infrastructure.
