Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking a Relativity Senior Systems Administrator to join our Legal/IT team in a government contracting environment. You will design and implement ALS solutions using Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, and related tools, while managing on‑premise and AWS infrastructure and access for external stakeholders.

You will maintain system health, create administrator guides, produce weekly health reports, and collaborate with IT leadership to deliver secure, scalable litigation support services

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree (or equivalent experience) in CS/IT or related field.
• 5+ years in litigation-support systems (Relativity, iPro, Concordance, etc.).
• Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining ALS infra and tools.
• Experience with UNIX and Windows servers and storage networks.
• At least 1 year managing large-scale database apps.
• Knowledge of Gov IT environments and security requirements.
• Experience with Relativity and SQL Server 2012+.
• Ability to obtain a favorable Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ALS solutions using Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, and other COTS tools.
• Maintain ALS infrastructure (storage, compute, network) including AWS and on-premise.
• Manage external access and IAM for stakeholders (experts, attorneys, collaborators).
• Perform backups, restores, patches, and performance tuning; monitor systems.
• Create/update system diagrams, admin guides, and end-user docs; weekly health reports.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to support ALS applications and infrastructure.
