Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator to join our Legal/IT team in a full-time capacity on-site in Chicago.

The role focuses on designing and maintaining ALS solutions using Relativity, iPro, and CaseMap, while managing storage, compute, and network infrastructure across on-premise and AWS cloud platforms. The candidate will handle external access IAM, perform system maintenance, and produce documentation and weekly health reports.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent years of experience.
• At least 5 years hands-on experience with litigation support systems (UNIX, Windows, storage).
• Experience with Relativity, SQL Server 2012+ and related ALS tools.
• Ability to design, implement, and maintain large AML/ALS infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Automated Litigation Support (ALS) solutions using Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, etc.
• Maintain ALS infrastructure across on premises and AWS cloud platforms.
• Manage external access with IAM for stakeholders such as experts and government partners.
• Perform system maintenance: backups, updates, monitoring, tuning.
• Produce system diagrams and administrator guides; update docs semi-annually.
• Provide weekly health and project status reports.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to support ALS applications and infrastructure.
