CGS Federal is seeking a Senior Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator to join our Legal/IT team in supporting and improving litigation support systems.

The role includes maintaining ALS infrastructure across on-prem and AWS, designing and implementing Relativity-based workflows, and ensuring external access for witnesses and collaborators. The candidate should have 5+ years in litigation support applications, hands-on system work, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in CS/MIS required.
• 5+ years implementing litigation support systems (Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, etc.).
• Experience designing, obtaining equipment, installing, integrating, and testing systems.
• Experience with large, mixed OS environments and storage architectures.
• Experience with database applications and storage planning.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement ALS software solutions using Relativity, iPro, CaseMap and similar tools.
• Maintain ALS infrastructure across storage, compute, and network (on-prem and AWS).
• Manage external access and IAM for witnesses and collaborators.
• Perform backups, restores, updates, performance tuning, and monitoring.
• Produce system diagrams and administrator guides; keep end-user docs current.
• Provide weekly health and project status reports; collaborate with IT leadership.
