Job summary

CGS seeks a Senior Systems Administrator to support a major Federal agency, focusing on Relativity databases, ARM workflows, and system design. You will liaise with CORs and project management to define requirements and deliverables.

The role emphasizes hands-on IT work, supervisory responsibilities, and the creation of documentation and training materials. A security clearance and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Significant Relativity experience including ARM workflow creation.
• Strong ability to lead and coordinate project teams and deliverables.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with large IT environments and litigation support systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys, CORs, and management.

Responsibilities

• Manage archiving workflows for Relativity databases and document procedures.
• Design and implement system requirements to meet project goals.
• Supervise and mentor personnel on task orders and schedules.
• Prepare technical documentation and deliverables for review.
