Job summary

KLDiscovery is seeking a Senior Litigation Data Analyst, Hosted Services, to provide advanced Relativity support, including RelativityOne/Server, analytics, and production configurations. This fully remote role involves client meetings, training, and mentoring junior analysts.

Requirements include 3+ years of Relativity experience, strong communication, and ability to design complex workspace structures and search logic. Base salary up to 105k with a commission plan.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct Relativity experience required.
• Experience with Relativity Analytics, production, and workflows.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Relativity platform support and troubleshooting for complex data loads and configurations.
• Design, build, and maintain Relativity workspace structures including permissions and provisioning.
• Configure Analytics, Processing, Imaging, and Production sets within Relativity.
• Develop, test, and maintain event handlers to automate workflows.
• Mentor and train Data Analysts, review work product for quality.
