Job summary

KLDiscovery is seeking a Senior Litigation Data Analyst, Hosted Services in Minnesota. You will serve as a senior subject matter expert on RelativityOne and Relativity Server, delivering advanced technical support and designing complex workspace structures for client reviews.

You will mentor analysts, help optimize workflows, and participate in client meetings, demos, and trainings while advancing eDiscovery best practices across engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct Relativity experience.
• Knowledge of Windows OS and network/storage basics.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; litigation support experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior SME on RelativityOne/Server, providing advanced support and troubleshooting.
• Design, build, and maintain Relativity workspace structures with complex permissions.
• Configure Analytics, Processing, Imaging, and Production sets for clients.
• Mentor Data Analysts and provide day-to-day technical guidance.
