Job summary

KLDiscovery is seeking a Senior Litigation Data Analyst, Hosted Services, to provide expert Relativity support and design advanced workspace structures. The role covers troubleshooting complex data loading, processing, and platform configuration, plus crafting sophisticated search logic and analytics workflows.

You will mentor junior analysts, assist in client-facing sessions, and contribute to training materials while maintaining deep knowledge of eDiscovery lifecycle topics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct Relativity experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Relativity One and Relativity Server architecture and workflows.
• Experience with advanced analytics and production workflows in eDiscovery.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior analysts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior SME on Relativity platforms and provide advanced support.
• Design, build, and maintain Relativity workspace structures and access controls.
• Configure analytics, processing, imaging, and production sets.
• Develop and maintain automation workflows and event handlers.
• Mentor and train Data Analysts, review work products for quality.
• Assist client meetings, demos, and training sessions.
