As a Relationship Manager, you will understand the business challenges of Covius clients and, through working with both client and Covius staff to develop solutions that solve for a client’s business needs and drive satisfaction. This role will lead a team of Account Managers to serve a portfolio of clients. **Essential Functions*** Solve the client's business and technology challenges by utilizing deep understanding of the Covius mortgage services product suite and your ability to apply planning, forecasting, and performance management solutions.* Supervisory responsibility for a team of account managers.* Provide high quality \"trusted advisor\" advice to customers to ensure appropriate planning, forecasting, and implementation management solutions are proposed.* Develop deep relationships within the client organization and build effective cross-functional teams across diverse stakeholder groups.
