Job summary

LoanCare seeks an experienced Client Relations Account Executive III to manage client and investor relationships in a remote-capable role. This position emphasizes servicing knowledge, client satisfaction, and timely issue resolution within a fast-paced environment.

You will act as the primary liaison for Client/Agency inquiries, train new staff, and deliver monthly business reviews highlighting trends and performance against SLAs. Strong mortgage industry knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mortgage servicing or mortgage banking.
• 5+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry; agency and insurer experience required.
• Strong knowledge of GSE, HUD, VA and GNMA guides.
• Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Interact with and manage all aspects of Client/Investor/Insurer relationships.
• Ensure Client/Agency satisfaction with monthly comparisons and issue escalation.
• Serve as the main point of contact for Client/Agency inquiries and concerns.
• Understand Client’s/Agency’s business and speak on servicing practices.
• Train and implement for new staff within Client’s/Agency’s shop.
• Provide monthly business reviews on trends and SLAs.
• Resolve Client/Agency problems and ensure timely responses.
