Qualifications

• 10+ years in Mortgage & Housing, preferably in sales or RM.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Strong relationship management and business development skills.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead partnership with the customer and across Equifax for the largest, most strategic accounts.
• Drive strategic plans with the customer to grow revenue and ROI.
• Maintain strategic partnerships, understand KPIs and business operations.
• Lead sales presentations and proposals to improve revenue and reduce risk.
• Be a trusted partner through credibility, reliability, and customer-centricity.
• Coordinate with sales resources to exceed revenue goals.
• Manage onboarding, delivery, fulfillment, use, and satisfaction of customers.
• Identify improvements for using Equifax solutions from customer feedback.
• Lead territory strategy and customer account planning.
• Grow relationships by improving delivery and impact on customer financial priorities.
• Conduct product trainings for current or prospective products.
• Contribute to revenue forecasting and pipeline management with inputs.
• Facilitate data sharing with product and executive teams to guide development.
