Qualifications

• 10+ years of Commercial financing or equivalent lending experience.
• Established relationships and direct origination track record with relevant companies.
• Expertise in negotiating, structuring, and closing complex loans.
• Proven ability to generate cross-sell revenues and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• New Business Origination: develop relationships to generate deal flow and coordinate team closing efforts.
• Relationship Management: engage sponsors and borrowers on opportunities to expand the relationship.
• Strategic Planning: work with regional leadership to create and track a plan with goals.
• Credit Quality: monitor portfolio credit quality and actions based on financial data.
• Maintaining Knowledge: stay informed on industry trends and market conditions.
