Responsibilities

• New Business Origination: developing and maintaining relationships to generate direct deal flow and grow assets and revenues.
• Relationship Management: engage with sponsors and borrowers on opportunities to expand our relationship.
• Strategic Planning: partner with regional leadership to create a strategic plan and track individual goals.
• Credit Quality: monitor credit quality and ensure compliance with required reporting, taking corrective actions as needed.
