Responsibilities

• New Business Origination: Develop and maintain relationships to generate direct deal flow; coordinate the team approach to approving and closing deals.
• Relationship Management: Engage with sponsors and borrowers to expand the relationship
• Strategic Planning: Create strategic plan and track goals, forecasting results for management
• Credit Quality: Monitor credit quality and ensure compliance; manage risk exposure
• Maintaining Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends affecting Sponsor Coverage group
